Brucite Marble Bowl
This gorgeous, vernally colored vessel is hand-carved from a 300 lb. block of Brucite marble, from British Columbia. The sculptural basin may be set in-place, as is, or mounted on a separate stone base, according to the taste of the collector; another possibility is a rotating plate, to allow a 360 degree turn. The stone is carved in the contours of an ocean fish at peace in the familiar marine themes of color and shape.
