Full Figured 'Gal

Fashioned from a single block of fragile, Anza Borrego alabaster, the back of the stone has an unusual, rare, orange blush caused by a random copper concentration in the oyster-shell alabaster. “Full Figured ‘Gal,” represents the robust, Rubenesque figure of a substantially proportioned woman; full-hipped, ample tummy, “bigly”-chested, and matronly to the extreme. She is good-natured, and represents a woman we have all met, at least once. She has no ego. With boundless love and patience, she personifies laughter and optimism; and, she is generous to a fault. She’s the confidant that all men seek, and the companion that all women treasure.
